SPSR Award Nomination Guidelines
1. Eligibility Criteria
- Institutional and Individual Eligibility: Nominations are open to institutions, universities, colleges, faculty members, students, and professionals in the field of pharmaceutical sciences who have made notable contributions to the profession.
- Membership: Nominees (or their affiliated institutions) should preferably be members of SPSR.
- Field-Specific Contribution: Each award category has specific criteria that nominees must fulfill.
- Timeframe: Contributions should be recent (within the last 1-3 years).
- Ethical Conduct: Nominees must have a record of ethical conduct and professionalism.
2. Nomination Procedure
- Submission of Nomination Form: All nominations must be submitted through the official SPSR nomination form.
- Supporting Documents: Include CV/resume, achievements list, publications, and awards.
- Statement of Purpose: Include a brief statement (150-300 words) explaining the nomination.
- Deadline: All nominations must be submitted by the specified deadline.
3. Selection Procedure
- Initial Screening: Verification of eligibility and documentation completeness.
- Evaluation by Expert Panel: Assessment based on specific criteria.
- Scoring System: Transparent evaluation using category-specific rubrics.
- Final Approval: Review by SPSR executive board.
- Announcement of Winners: Via website and email notification.
