Once a membership fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
If you cancel your membership, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
Publication Fees
The corresponding author can withdraw their submission before and after acceptance from the SPSR Publications for genuine reasons.
Article withdrawal requests can be made at any point before making the Article Processing Charge (APC) with the submission ID.
If the corresponding author requests to withdraw the article after payment but before publication, 20% of the cancellation fee will be deducted when the APC is refunded.
However, no refund is possible for any reason if the article is published online or in print. If the revised manuscript has been received and the galley proof copy provided to the authors, no refund will be issued, as the article is in the final stages of the publication process.
Authors are advised to check the journal's indexing status as per their requirements.
Webinar / Seminar / Event Fees
Event or webinar fees are non-refundable once paid. However, if an event or webinar is canceled by SPSR, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Refund Processing
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 5-10 business days.
